Great Outdoors Colorado staff recommended approval of a $140,000 acquisition grant to Boulder County and the Niwot Cultural Arts Association to purchase the Lambert property at 101 First Avenue in Niwot. The property, which is now vacant, was the former home of longtime residents Charles and Idell Leinweber. The Lamberts intend to work with the County and the NCAA to create a children's park on the site.
