    The Niwot High School girls golf teams competed in their third tournament of the season this week. Eight athletes represented Niwot at the Granite Peaks League Tournament, with its two teams securing fourth place in the top division, and third place in the lower division.     A black bear has been repeatedly sighted in the Niwot neighborhood of Heather Hills throughout the month of February, raising questions about the bear's winter activity.
