    Donna Guerra has been the cheerful face behind the counter at Boulder Cleaners in the Jerry Sinor building on 79th Street in Niwot's Cottonwood Square shopping center for 32 years. Guerra began working at the shop in 1991 when it was owned by Rozanne Penka, and known as Sew-Clean Shoppe.     Michael Tomich and Patty Machen have owned The Old Oak Coffeehouse since 2017. In 2019, they also formed The House Blend Band.     It seems anytime you look at a map of the area, you see a reference to "Farmers Ditch." Farmers Ditch basically travels from Boulder Creek, meanders by Lake Valley Estates off of Niwot Road, and ends at the west shore of Boulder Reservoir.     The recent incident of a black bear attacking and killing a goat in the Dry Creek-Meadowdale subdivision area of Niwot has Niwot residents concerned.
