The Silver Creek Raptors, defending state champions from 2021, came close to defending their title, finishing second in Colorado's 2022 Class 4A State Swimming & Diving Championships. The Raptors, a combined Silver Creek and Niwot High School based team, scored 371.5 points, just behind Cheyenne Mountain's total of 402 points.
