On Saturday, Jan. 28, the Boulder County Democratic Party (BCDP) voted to select Kyle Brown to represent House District 12 in the state legislature. The Niwot High School boys basketball team had two matchups this week, facing off against the Roosevelt Roughriders and the Riverdale Ridge Ravens, as the Cougars' game against the Battle Mountain Huskies was canceled on Saturday.
