The Colorado Lottery and Great Outdoors Colorado (GOCO) will present the Starburst Award to Boulder County and the Niwot Cultural Arts Association on Thursday, Aug. 9 at 4 p.m. at the Niwot Children’s Park, 101 1st Avenue in Niwot. The award was presented to 11 outstanding parks projects funded by Lottery proceeds.
