    Sophomore Sam Hoover finally caught up with big brother Jack at Northern League Event #7 at Indian Peak Golf Course on Sept. 5. The Hoovers both shot an 83 (+11), and finished tied for 11th on the day. Luc Blondeau (116) and Luke Martinez (116) also tied, but a little further down the leaderboard, in 41st place.     The Niwot Business Association (NBA) has announced the hiring of a new Economic Development Director (EDD), Niwot resident Catherine McHale.
