    Boulder County Plein Air made a stop in Niwot last week to paint their versions of Cottonwood Square and the surrounding area.     Wendy Mariscal is the new owner of Chico’s Grooming Spa for pets in Cottonwood Square, taking over the location previously occupied by Puppy Paws Pet Spa. Mariscal hails from Dacono where she is still active in her original shop one day a week. Tuesday through Saturday she is busy building her new business in Niwot.
