The Boulder County Commissioners announced a new hourly minimum wage within the geographic boundaries of Boulder County’s jurisdiction, impacting unincorporated towns, communities, and outlying areas while excluding incorporated cities or towns. I saw two Bald Eagles today. One was on a utility pole enjoying a lunch while the other soared over the open space field of stubble just east of Gunbarrel hill. What a joyous treat! Donna Guerra has been the cheerful face behind the counter at Boulder Cleaners in the Jerry Sinor building on 79th Street in Niwot's Cottonwood Square shopping center for 32 years.
