    Sometime between 9:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 2 and 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 3, vandals threw a large rock through the bay window of Inkberry Books in Cottonwood Square. Nothing appeared to be stolen from the store, but "glass was everywhere" according to Gene Hayworth, who co-owns the bookstore with his partner, Keith Waters.     Regional Transportation District (RTD) customers didn't have to pay to ride buses and trains for the month of August as part of the Zero Fare for Better Air initiative. The initiative was part of the Colorado's Ozone Season Free Transit Grant Program, in which many transit organizations throughout Colorado participated.
