All Local, All The Time
The joint meeting of the Boulder City Council and the Boulder Planning Board scheduled for Nov. 10 concerning changes to the land use designation of property in Twin Lakes has been postponed due to the Boulder County Planning Commission’s decision to revisit its approval of the proposed change. Boulder County Commissioners have approved the change, but approval of the County Planning Commission is also required, as well as approval by both City of Boulder boards.
The City of Boulder meeting will likely be held after the County Planning Commission has an opportunity to reconsider its decision. No date has been set for reconsideration by the Boulder County Planning Commission, but it will not likely be scheduled until January of 2017.
