Boulder County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for assistance with a missing person case

Robert Racansky has not been seen since November 26 and his credit card was used fraudulently on December 18

Boulder County, Colo. - The Boulder County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for assistance with a missing person case.

Robert Racansky, date of birth of 5/2/1969, was last seen on November 26, 2017. The last activity on his cell phone was on November 30, 2017 at approximately 10:45 a.m. near the area of 14th and Walnut in Boulder. Mr. Racansky is a white male, 5’10”, gray eyes, shaved head, and is approximately 220 pounds.

Mr. Racansky’s vehicle has not been located. It is a 2013 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck, extended cab, black in color, with a Colorado license plate number of 669-YRI.

Mr. Racansky’s credit card was fraudulently used on December 18, 2017, between 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. at the King Soopers located at 3600 Table Mesa Drive in Boulder, and at the Safeway located at 2798 Arapahoe Avenue in Boulder.

We have attached photos of the suspects who are believed to have made the fraudulent transactions at the grocery stores. We have also attached photos of the vehicle the suspects were seen in. The vehicle is believed to be a 2006-2009 Toyota 4-Runner, dark color, fold down bike rack, disability placard hanging off of the front rear view mirror, rear temporary tag from an unknown state.
