What would a parade be without a vintage fire truck and a Dalmation?
It was a perfect evening for an Easter parade. That's right, evening. Besides organizing Niwot's traditional pancake breakfast, sadly without the Easter egg hunt for a second year, Pat Murphy decided that an evening motorcade was the perfect antidote to what has been a very hard year.
With a combination of fire trucks, vintage cars and motorcycle clubs, Murphy was able to bring some cheer to Niwot on a warm Saturday night. "We need more cheer," Murphy said. "And we all need to brighten our lives."
By all accounts Murphy's efforts were very successful.
