It turned out to be five year old Mia's lucky day when she picked out the gold coin at Niwot Compass Group's Pot of Gold game and won $100.
These lovely ladies from the Avoca Irish Dance Academy in Longmont treated spectators to traditional Irish dancing. Later in the afternoon, the McTeggert Irish dancers did, as well.

With the luck of the Irish, the weather in Niwot was perfect for Lucky Niwot Day. Everyone was decked out for the wearing of the green. With Irish step dancing, adult beverages, leprechaun hats and green beads there was something for everyone.
After all, we're all Irish for St. Patrick's Day; Lucky Niwot Day too.
