The House Blend Band on 2nd Avenue

Saturday night in Niwot was special as the first block of 2nd Avenue was closed off for another concert by the House Blend Band, with Old Oak Coffee House owners Michael Tomich and Patty Machen, family and staff performing.

Saturday night's concert featured two singers who also work at The Old Oak Coffee House, Page and Noah Smith. Smith performed Elton John's Rocket Man, reaching the high notes with ease.

Ever present David Mitchell was on-hand supporting the band with his magical woodwind sound, including the saxophone. The free concert ran from 6-9 on 2nd Avenue, with an appreciative local crowd in attendance. The next performance will be Aug. 20.
