Originally just two cashiers and a line, they have added an extra 4,000 square feet of space to create a real lobby area with eight ticketing windows to accommodate the expected crowd of 4,000 Coloradans daily coming to enjoy this experience.

On top of improving the ticketing and lines, the new owners have also used the extra space to build a state-of-the-art in-house kitchen where chefs will be making all food items from scratch, getting away from those steamers and hot lamps we were all used to from Casa. Getting your food will now be tray style while moving down a line, similar to Chipotle, improving the flow and speed for patrons to be seated and eat.
