Project to honor Bert Steele preparing for community dedication ceremony

Bert's bench has arrived in Niwot and work is progressing to complete the Bert Steele Memorial project on time for the Saturday, Dec. 16 community dedication ceremony at the Niwot Market at 3 p.m. The project includes a bench with a tailgate from a red Chevy pickup, and flagstones inscribed with sayings Steele was known for.
