Ben Classen (Niwot) helped Michigan State to two victories in the 4X400 Relay. At the Spartan Invite April 5, the relay finished with a time of 3:22.26, then followed up with a winning time of 3:14.20 at the James Madison University Invitational April 13. Classen also finished 11th in the 400M with a time of 49.27.

Erika Timbang (Niwot) finished her senior year at the University of Colorado - Colorado Springs with a time of 1:02.66 in the 400M at the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) Championships held April 26-28. A week earlier she took 11th place in the same event at the Colorado School of Mines Kit Mayer meet. She finished 14th in the 800M at the University of Colorado April 5-6, posting a time of 2:22.49.

Kathryn Carroll (Niwot) was second team RMAC All-Conference in the triple jump this spring. Carroll, a sophomore, finished sixth overall with a personal best 11.66M jump at the conference championships. She also competed in the long jump there, finishing 16th with a mark of 5.20M. Her personal best in the long jump, 5.47M, came earlier at the Jo Meaker Classic on April 4-6, which put her tenth overall. She won the triple jump at the Colorado School of Mines Kit Mayer meet with a jump of 11.18M.

Erin Carroll (Niwot) finished 11th in the pole vault for Western Colorado University at the Chuck Haering Classic at CSU-Pueblo March 29-30. Carroll, a senior, cleared the bar at 3.03M on her second attempt.

Kelia Portis (Niwot) finished seventh in the 400M hurdles for Western Colorado University at the RMAC Championships April 26-28, with a time of 1:02.83. Portis also took seventh in the 100M high hurdles at the RMAC event, posting a time of 14.54.

Taylor James (Niwot) posted a time of 2:07.08 in the 800M for Stanford at the Bryan Clay Invite April 12, placing 49th out of 120 runners in the event. She returned to Colorado for the Pac-12 championships in Boulder, and finished 11th in the 800M with a time of 2:07.13.

Joelle McDonald (Niwot) was one of 59 University of Colorado student-athletes who were recognized for their work in the classroom by being named to the Pac-12 Conference's 2024 Winter Academic Honor Roll. McDonald is a distance runner at CU. Pac-12 Academic Honor Roll members carry at least a 3.3 cumulative grade point average and have served at least one year in residence. The Winter Academic Honor Roll includes eligible Buffaloes competing in skiing, indoor track and field and basketball.

Sierra Parks (Niwot) ran the 5000M at the Bryan Clay Invite April 12, marking the start of her outdoor season for the University of Colorado. She achieved a personal best of 17:30.92, securing a 19th-place finish.

Grady Rauba (Niwot) also ran the 5000M at the Bryan Clay Invite April 12 for the University of Colorado, posting a time of 13:54.17, his personal best, which put him in 16th place overall. The junior also placed fourth in the same event at the Pac-12 Championships May 10-12 with a time of 14:19.54. Rauba also competed in the 10,000M at the Pac-12 Championships, finishing ninth with a time of 30:01.56.
