Samree Dishon (Niwot) who transferred from New Mexico to the University of Colorado, finished second in the 10,000M at the Pac-12 Championships with a time of 34:46.05. On April 26, she won the 5000M at the Payton Jordan Invitational with a time of 16:03.69. Earlier at the Bryan Cave Invite, she finished fourth in the 10,000M with a time of 33:39.75.

Curtis Volf (Niwot) posted a personal best time in the 5000M for the St. Mary Gaels at the Fresno State Invite April 27. Volf dropped his time by 46 seconds, finishing at 14:49.09. At the West Coast Last Chance Meet, held May 11, Volf finished sixth in the 3000M with a time of 8:37.10.

Lucca Fulkerson (Niwot) won the 5000M for Princeton April 19 at the Wake Forest Invitational, finishing with a time of 16:45.29, which is now her personal best. She finished eighth in the 10,000M at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships May 4-5 with a time of 34:22.41, also a new personal best.

Kimora Northrup (Niwot) finished 11th in the 400 hurdles for Texas Christian University at the Michael Johnson Invitational April 19-20. Her time of 1:01.38 was her personal best at the collegiate level. At the Texas A&M Invite March 23, she finished fourth overall in the same event.

Stefan Haug (Niwot) finished eighth in the 3000M steeplechase for Indiana University, posting a time of 9:53.12 at the Billy Hayes Invitational May 3. Haug is a freshman at Indiana, and is also a member of the Cross Country team.

Freddie Ambrose (Niwot) posted a personal best time of 2:06.15 for Pomona-Pitzer at the Pomona-Pitzer Invite April 6, finishing 78th overall in the 800M. Earlier he ran a personal best time of 4:31.25 in the 1500M at the Mangrum Invitational.

Madison Shults (Niwot) ran a personal best time of 2:07.32 for Stanford in the 800M at the Payton Jordan Invitational April 26. Shults took second in the event. She also ran a leg of the 4X400 at the Stanford vs. Cal Big Meet, also posting a second-place finish.

Elise Cranny (Niwot) qualified for the U.S. Olympic team in the 5000M by finishing second at the U.S. Trials in Eugene, Oregon with a time of 14:40.36, just .02 seconds behind the first-place finisher Elle St. Pierre, who set a new record for the U.S. Trials. Cranny recently returned to Boulder County, and is coached by Jarred Cornfield, assistant coach at the University of Northern Arizona.
