Application for subdivision tabled

The Boulder County Planning Commission hearing regarding the application for the construction of three new homes at the 39.5-acre rural residential zoned property at Niwot Road and 63rd Street was tabled at the request of the applicant. The new hearing date has been set for Nov. 20 at 1:30 p.m. at the Boulder County Courthouse. More information earlier reported by the Courier can be found here.
