All Local, All The Time

An evening of enchantment at Niwot's Enchanted Evening Nov. 29

Niwot's annual Enchanted Evening will once again light up the town the day after Thanksgiving on Friday, Nov. 29, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Enchanted Evening brings small town images to life with Niwot's small town atmosphere, lights aglow down Second Avenue, a Christmas tree lighting, and holiday music filling the air.

The Niwot Community Semi-Marching Free Grange Band will provide festive, holiday music in the parking lot at the corner of Niwot Road and Second Avenue. The band will also accompany Santa and Mrs. Claus' arrival in a horse-drawn carriage and countdown to the lighting of the Christmas tree along Niwot Road.

Santa and Mrs. Claus will then make their way to Niwot Hall to meet and greet families and children from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.. While it is still November, Santa finds himself very busy come December so be sure to drop by to say hello, give him your list, and let him know if you've been naughty or nice while he's in our town.

Businesses will also be open to the public for spirited event-goers to drop in, shop, and treat themselves to snacks. Holiday lights will adorn the streets as well as live music throughout town, including carolers, and booths for all to enjoy.
