All Local, All The Time

Niwot Annual Health & Fitness Fair for mind and body

The Niwot Annual Health & Wellness Fair at Niwot Hall on Jan. 25 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. offers a wide range of wellness products and services, with local vendors showcasing everything from fitness gear to organic wellness products. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore a variety of health services providers, including naturopaths, bodyworkers, nutritionists, acupuncturists, and more. The fair includes a day of hands-on learning, fitness classes, and personal wellness consultations aimed at promoting a healthier lifestyle.

Organized by the Niwot Business Association (NBA), the Health & Wellness Fair is part of the community’s commitment to supporting a nutritionally-balanced lifestyle. The event is designed to provide those who attend with information, resources, and connections to help them improve their physical and mental well-being. Alongside health professionals, local businesses will offer and describe services such as Pilates, CrossFit, yoga, barre, personal training, rolfing, physical therapy, and integrative medicine.

This year, the fair is focused on holistic health, emphasizing the importance of mind-body wellness. Interactive workshops and classes will be available throughout the day, covering topics such as yoga, fitness, mindfulness, and stress management.

In addition to physical wellness, attendees can learn about and take part in wellness activities and learn about massage therapy, acupuncture, and rolfing. These therapies promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being, and are available for one-on-one sessions with professionals.

The event will also feature a variety of wellness products, including supplements, fitness equipment, and holistic remedies. Vendors will be on hand to answer questions and provide samples, ensuring that everyone has the chance to find products that best suit their individual health needs and goals.

The Health & Wellness Fair is not only an opportunity to explore health practices, but also to support local businesses.
